GIRL!!
We are excited to announce that Sadie is going to be a big sister to a little sister! We couldn't be more thrilled! Eric may start feeling a little out numbered around here, but soon he will have two little girls who have him wrapped around their little fingers. It was so fun to see her moving around inside of me. It makes the bond that much stronger, and we are so excited to meet this sweet little one! Here are some fun pictures from the ultra sound.

Sadie Sings the ABC's
Sadie loves to sing! Lately she loves the ABC's. She is singing it everywhere we go! She is getting pretty good at it too! We thought this was pretty cute!
Baby on board!
We are excited to announce the 2nd little peanut coming to our family. This little one is scheduled to arrive Oct 13 2010, we are hoping for 10/10/2010! No one will ever forget that birthday. We are so excited to add to our little family, and Sadie is excited to be a big sister.... she has no idea what that means but when you ask her what is in mommy's tummy she says "BABY!" We will keep you all posted about the pregnancy and whether Sadie is going to have a little sister or a little brother!
Sleepover
Friday night Halle and Gray came and had a sleepover with us. Sadie thought it was so fun and was excited that they were there when she woke up. I thought these pictures were so cute. Sadie layed there and watched the movie with them for a good 15 min, which shocked me, she usually doesn't stay interested that long. She felt like such a big girl. We had so much fun! Thanks Halle and Gray for spending the night with us!
New Years Day Sleding
On New Years day we decided to take Sadie sleding for her first time this year. She absolutely loved it and it was fun to get out and do something as a family. The hill we went on was pretty small, but we were just testing the waters, I think next time Sadie will be ready for something slightly bigger.
New Years Eve Bowling
New years eve we went some friends and family to Fat Cats for a fun night of bowling. We ate at Costa Vida and then played a couple of games of bowling. Then we went back to our house and played some games and ate some treats. It was a fun night!

Merry Christmas
Merry(late) Christmas! We hope you all enjoyed the holidays. We had a great Christmas with family this year! We spent Christmas eve with Eric's family and Christmas morning with my family. It was fun to see Sadie's joy as she opened up her presents and enjoyed time with family. Here are some pictures that we took from our many family gatherings

Caribbean Cruise
November just flew by and I realized I haven't posted anything in quite a while! We had a fun month celebrating Thanksgiving, and getting ready for Christmas, and going on a cruise. We left Sadie with my parents and went on a 5 day cruise with our friends Slade and Maeris. It was so nice to get away for a while! But we were definitely ready to get back to Sadie. We were worried she would miss us too much, but she was totally fine. When asked "Sadie where is Mommy and Daddy?" She would simply reply "Mommy bye bye, Daddy bye bye!" It was probably harder on us then it was on her! We went to Jamaica and Grand Cayman. I wasn't that impressed with Jamaica, mostly just a lot of people offering me marijuana and trying to get me to give them my money. Grand Cayman on the other hand was very nice and we had a fun time swimming with the stingrays and snorkeling! We also had a fun time just cruising on the water, and we were very excited when we got an upgrade on our room. Instead of a little porthole, we got a really nice balcony! It was our favorite place to just sit and relax! Here are some pictures of our adventures.

Sadie Sings
Sadie has been singing a lot lately so we decided to catch it on film. She usually even does actions, but the camera is a little distracting. I swear if you listen carefully you can hear twinkle, twinkle little star. PS don't mind the hair it did look cute before she ripped her pony out. Story of my life! :)
Halloween 2009
Sadie loved Halloween this year! She thought it was great that every where she turned people were handing her candy! We didn't actually go door to door trick or treating, but we went to 3 truck or treats (our ward, my parents ward, and Eric's parents ward). Sadie got lots of candy! As always I wasn't good at getting very many pictures but here are a few!
It's tradition every Halloween to go to Papa's work to go trick or treating through the office.

Annual Halloween Party
Every year Eric's Grandpa and Grandma Purdy throw a super fun Halloween party. We always have yummy food, fun games and lots and lots of treats! Grandma Deanne is so fun and she always has the best Halloween costume, this year she even got Grandpa to dress up! They were Vampires this year and their costumes were awesome! Sadie was a little nervous though. Here are some pictures from the night.
